Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmer to help relieve nervousness and irritability, as well as to promote relaxation and restful sleep.Pranarōm's AROMAVITAs are blends of 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oils, intended to be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to the skin with a more or less firm massage.
Adultes (≥ 18 ans) : Inhalation directe : appliquer 1 à 6 gouttes d’huile essentielle non diluée sur un mouchoir et inhaler occasionnellement jusqu’à 3 fois par jour.
Inhalation de vapeur : ajouter 3-12 gouttes d’huile essentielle non diluée à un bol d’eau bouillante jusqu’à 3 fois par jour. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
Pour un usage occasionnel seulement. Ne pas utiliser par voie orale. Éviter tout contact avec les yeux et les muqueuses; le cas échéant, rincer abondamment avec de l’huile végétale. Entreposer à la température ambiante.
Adults (≥ 18 years): Direct inhalation: Apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily.
Steam inhalation: Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of boiling water up to 3 times daily. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
For occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
